Report: Physical Performance Inspection and Testing of Conductive Ton Bags (Container Bags)
Taihua Packaging Group Conductive Ton Bag Container Bag "Black and White Conductive Film" Physical Performance Test Report. Quality inspection agencies: National Center for Quality Inspection and Testing of Fine Chemicals, Taizhou Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Institute; Client: Jiangsu Taihua Plastic Products Co., Ltd. This inspection and testing is based on GB/T 4456-2008 "Polyethylene Blown Film for Packaging" GB 4806.7-2023 "National Food Safety Standard - Plastic Materials and Products in Contact with Food", which involves:
Tensile strength (standard value ≥ 11)
Horizontal: 32.6MPa; Vertical: 31.3MPa
Fracture nominal strain (standard value: ≥) 150）
Vertical: 589%; Horizontal: 562%
Dart impact: 10 samples did not rupture (standard value: ≥ 8 samples did not rupture)
Thickness limit deviation:- 0.002-0.003mm (standard value ± 0.040mm)
Average thickness deviation: 0.38% (standard value ± 10%)
