Report: Physical performance inspection and testing of anti-static FIBC bags (ton bags)
Taihua Packaging Group Anti static FIBC Bags and Anti static Bag Ton Bag Film "Physical Performance" Test Report. Quality inspection agencies: National Center for Quality Inspection and Testing of Fine Chemicals, Taizhou Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Institute; Client: Jiangsu Taihua Plastic Products Co., Ltd. The inspection and testing are based on GB/T 4456-2008 "Polyethylene Blown Film for Packaging" and GB 4806.7-2023 "National Food Safety Standard - Plastic Materials and Products in Contact with Food"
Tensile strength (standard value ≥ 11)
Horizontal: 42.5MPa; Vertical: 38.8MPa.
Fracture nominal strain (standard value: ≥) 150）
Vertical: 639%; Horizontal: 612%.
Dart impact: All 10 samples did not rupture (standard value: ≥ 8 samples without rupture).
Thickness limit deviation:- 0.005~-0.001mm (standard value ± 0.040mm).
Average thickness deviation: -1.93% (standard value ± 10%).
